![]() These are very reasonably priced and would make a great gift for a someone who already has your typical more powerful cordless drill. Obviously the fact that it pivots is great and helps get in tighter spots that are nearly impossible with a conventional drill. ![]() It's a compact drill and doesn't take up too much space on my hubby's workbench. It's cordless and charges pretty quickly. I have used this a lot, from tightening screws on cabinet doors, to hanging pictures, etc. The bits are really easy to switch in and out. It's lightweight, easy to handle, and comfortable for even my small lady hands! It has a light on it, which I don't think I've ever used. I'm afraid of any power device that could cut off a finger or two! This little drill, though, is awesome! It's not super powerful, so it's not like you could use it for all the tasks needed to redo a kitchen or something like that, but it's perfect for lots of stuff that needs to be done around the house. True A must for every household collection of power tools! It would be nice if it had some kind of cradle or wall mount charging base, maybe that held a few extra bits too. I mostly use it in that position, so when I'm done I have to open the pivot up, plug it in, and it just sort of sits on the workbench taking up a lot of space. The charging cable is just a regular wall plug, and it plugs into a little jack that's hidden when it's rotated into the 90 degree position. I do wish that it came with some other better option for charging and storage though. The pivoting head makes it much more versatile and I really like that feature. It has plenty of power for everyday tasks and it's easy to change out bits quickly. ![]() I've had it for about a year and it seems to still hold a charge about as well as when it was new. ![]() ![]() I really like having this driver around for small jobs and not having to get out the big 18 volt set when I just need to tighten a pull knob or some other simple thing. ![]()
